If you need to reschedule or cancel, you can do so online at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. (Use the link in your confirmation e-mail, or log-in with your account.)

Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will occur at the consultant’s discretion. When you book an appointment with me, I commit to having enough time to serve you. That affects how many clients I can take on. For that reason, I don’t offer refunds for missed appointments. Please be sure to mark your calendar and take advantage of the courtesy text reminder (for U.S.-based clients) and e-mail reminders.
